Rancho Park is a small residential neighborhood in the Westside of the city of Los Angeles. Consisting mostly of single family homes on tree lined streets, this community is nestled between West Los Angeles and Cheviot Hills. This enclave draws young professionals and families and is home to residents working in a variety of professional occupations. Rancho Park was developed in the 1920s as a middle-class area, boasting many homes with Spanish Colonial and ranch-style architecture. Today, however, many residences have been rehabbed into larger and more modern architecture. Centrally located to other West side communities, the Rancho Park neighborhood is famous for its municipal ‘Rancho Park Golf Course’, which includes an 18-hole layout par 71 championship course.
