Soon, Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks, and a variety of organic and gourmet restaurants will emerge all walking distance to PV as well. Not to mention, the cities’ current population of 7,000 will soon increase to 13,000, allowing for a plethora of new living situations, as well new jobs opportunities in both retail and the tech industry.
If well manicured neighborhoods, lush parks, a K-5 public school, a new city library and resort-like amenities (including a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa) don’t entice you to consider buying in Playa Vista…. perhaps the great potential for soaring property values will.
